Refund Policy

  • At InnerBlingStyling.com, operated by 3taus Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions, processes, and timeframes for requesting refunds or returns for our fashion styling and empowerment coaching services. We aim to make this process as transparent, fair, and straightforward as possible.


1. Eligibility for Refunds


  • Coaching Services 

Our fashion styling and empowerment coaching services are personalized and tailored to each individual. As such, all sales of coaching sessions, packages, and related services are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or under special circumstances as determined by 3taus Consulting LLC.

  • Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:


Service Not Provided: If a coaching session or service was purchased but not delivered by us, you may be eligible for a refund.


Mistaken Purchase: If you made an accidental purchase and notify us within 24 hours of the transaction, we may consider a refund.


Service Dissatisfaction: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a complimentary session.


2. Return Policy for Digital Products

If you purchase a digital product (e.g., downloadable workbooks, e-books, or templates) from InnerBlingStyling.com, please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns for these items once they have been accessed or downloaded.


3. How to Initiate a Refund Request

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the terms outlined above, please follow these steps:


a. Contact Us

Email us at innerblingstyling@gmail.com with the following information:

Your full name

Order number or service details

The reason for your refund request

Any supporting documentation or evidence (e.g., screenshots, email communications)


b. Review Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. We may ask for additional information or clarification to process your request.


c. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4. Fees and Costs

a. Refund Processing Fee

If a refund is granted, a processing fee of 5% may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover administrative costs. This fee will not be applied if the refund is due to an error or issue on our part.


b. No Additional Costs

There are no additional costs for customers to initiate a refund request. However, any fees associated with currency conversion or payment provider charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Specific Requirements for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund for coaching services, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timely Request: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the coaching session or service in question. If the request pertains to a coaching package, the refund request must be made within 7 days of the first session of the package.
  • Service Delivery: If the coaching service has already been fully delivered and the session has taken place, refunds are generally not available, unless under exceptional circumstances, such as a clear failure to deliver the agreed-upon service or dissatisfaction that was communicated and unresolved within 7 days of the session.
  • Good Faith Use: Refunds will not be granted in cases where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to repeated requests for refunds after services have been delivered, or any fraudulent behavior.


6. Changes to This Policy

3taus Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest update will be indicated at the bottom. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
