Our resident yoga instructor, Ellen focuses on all levels with a trauma informed practice where you can honor your body's wisdom in each pose, allowing for mods without shame. 

Tailor your practice to your unique needs, embracing self-discovery and empowerment under the beautiful sunset sky.  We will start the first week with a focus on gratitude in line with the Thanksgiving holiday. We will continue with more themes while we prepare for the holiday season transition into NYE2025 with vision & manifestation focus.

This event benefits the Center for Child Protection, a children’s advocacy center dedicated to reducing trauma for children during the investigation and prosecution of crimes.

Through raffle sales, we’ll raise funds to provide activity kits—like bracelet-making kits, slime kits, and more—that bring comfort and creativity to children at the Center.

As a technical sales and marketing professional, Ellen will share her career journey with her unique combination of creativity and logic, which has shaped her entrepreneurial endeavors. From the lab to the board room, owning a resale boutique, and taking her message to TedX, Ellen empowers and inspires her community.
